What is The Mann Center?

The Mann Center of Performing Arts is a non-profit performing arts venue in Philadelphia that hosts renowned artists and provides arts education to surrounding communities.

This campaign proposal aims to promote the Membership at The Mann program through event activation and collaborations.

Audience

current members

Current members of The Membership at The Mann program are music lovers who value participating in their communities, spending quality time with loved ones, and supporting arts education. Young parents and Millennials already make up a large portion of The Mann’s current audience demographic, with individuals aged 25 to 34 making up about 30% of The Mann’s concert patrons from 2016 to 2019 and 63% of concert-goers attending with children. This demographic is active on social media and is eager to have live experiences post-pandemic.

Membership is valuable

This campaign should remind current members of their exclusive membership benefits and their ability to contribute to their community while creating lasting, in-person memories with their loved ones.

Audience

Prospective members

Prospective members of The Membership at The Mann program are young concert goers, particularly Gen-Z adults, who are excited to attend in-person events following the pandemic and eager about supporting social causes. People aged 18 to 24 make up less than 20% of The Mann center's patrons, and it is imperative that The Mann targets this next generation of donors in their marketing efforts. By using social media channels to promote events and stressing the importance of its community-building arts resources, The Mann can potentially attract new members.
